again. Keeping our customers happy is priority #1. Product Style & Sizing Definitions: Ringer
Onesies - contrast trimming around neckline, armbands and leg opeings. ( Ringer Pink, Ringer Blue, Ringer Natural) S/S Onesie -
short sleeved, comes in solid colors such as white, black, grass green, olive,
pink, blue, navy, red and more... L/S Onesie - long sleeved, comes in solid
colors. Sizing: 2T, 3T, 4T and 6T - T is for toddler sizing.
Our sizing tends to run smaller than average so if your unsure
about the infant or toddler sizing we suggest one size up as these items may
shrink when washed and tumble dried.If you are machine washing these items
please be sure not to tumble dry high temp and if you need to iron these
garments please do not iron directly on the
print. |

Purchase Problems- not getting approved? Chances are that
your credit card is being declined because of insufficient credit or we could be
experiencing connectivity issues with our processor and no transaction is being
approved. If your card is still being shown as declined and you feel it has
sufficient credit please email us and we will respond within 24hrs to rectify
your issue.
Invalid XML- usually occurs because of invalid information
or not enough information being provided by the customer at the time of
purchase. People who are shipping goods to another address other than
themselves, please make sure you do not have any invalid characters such as
"&" in any of the required field boxes.
Invalid AVS - if your
billing information such as address, zipcode and CVV does not match and for
international transactions issuing bank information does not match you will be
contacted once by our customer support to verify your transaction and
information. Customers packages will be placed on hold until communication
between the customer and TheRetroBaby.com takes place. After 4 days of the
package being on hold the order will be deleted and the account will be
suspended. |
